Terms of Service must be read, and all of the above terms must be accepted. To commission me and the making a payment means an agreement with the following information.

Before commission me, read the ToS and Price list .My PATRONS have a priority of drawing artwork commissionsI'm reserved the right to reject any commission for any reason.

I DRAW

• Furry, anthro, feral, other creatures
• Any body types, any genders
• NSFW or SFW content
• Fanarts

I DON'T DRAW

• Humans
• Non-consensual, Underage, dismemberment, Excessive gore, Baby fur, Diapers, Pedophilia, Incest, Excessive hyper, Heavily obese, Inflation, Vore, Water sports, Excrement or urine, Docking
• Complex alien and robot designs
• Drug-related themes

YCH & COMMISSIONS

1. Commissions
After discussing the ideas and characters of the work, I calculate the cost of the work for the buyer and draw 2-3 sketches. After choosing one with which the buyer agrees, I can use the remaining sketches to create YCHs. Payment must be made within 24 hours after sending my invoice. If I do not receive a response from the buyer within 3 days, then the commission is canceled.2. YCHS
After the auction ends, I notify the winner via DM. If I don't hear back from the winner within 3 days, the YCH is cancelled and I notify the previous bidder of their win, or I start the auction again. Payment is due within 24 hours of sending my invoice.Payment plans are available for regular buyers only.

1. GENERAL

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from parents to make a purchase1.2 Your character should be of a suitable age based on the description of the art.1.3 The anonymous art must be specified in advance in the description of the commission.1.4 I reserved all rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints, merchandise and my Patreon content. Artwork rights can be negotiated for an extra fee.1.5 You can create merchandise with my artwork for personal use and you also may resize or crop the artwork to create some graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot make changes to the artwork itself and remove the watermark from the public web-version. You may upload and share the artwork on other platforms and galleries with attribution of our authorship.1.6 You may not profit from the commissioned artwork or its use (in digital or physical format).1.7 I may ask for an extra payment if your character is complex or wears complicated accessories/clothing.

2. PROCESS

2.1 There is no limit to the amount of time to complete the art.
Average turnaround time: 3 days - 4 months (very rare), but If you have any specific time frame in which I have to draw the art, then +50% of the cost and your commission will have priority.Check my WEEK for queue2.2 Every process of commissioned artworks can be streamed (if you don't wish to, please notify).2.3 After payment and start working on the artwork, I’ll send a sketch(es) for your critiques and approval. At your request I can also provide you with more WIPs of process.2.4 If you wishes to make corrections — describe what to change in 1-2 messages. If you are asking make the corrections more than 3 times I reserved the right to request an extra payment. The use of a redline to make your corrections clearer is also welcome.2.5 I don't make corrections on the finished pieces or for the completed сommission. If you would like to make additional corrections which do not regard color AFTER a previously approved sketch — there will be also an additional fee. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before further work process.2.6 Each extra correction costs 5% of the overall commission's cost.2.7 My own mistakes will be corrected at any stage for free.2.8 After I have finished your commission and get your approval (in any form), my deal is considered complete. This means that you can't ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds.2.9 Private art is undesirable, but possible for 100% of the total cost of the art. A guarantee that all working files of a private art for the commissioner will be kept only by me and the commissioner

3. PAYMENT & REFUND

3.1 I only work with 100% prepayment.3.2 Payment is made only via PayPal

These things cause extra payment:• complex characters design;
• complex outfit;
• complex details;
• complex weapons;
• complex ideas;
• other complex things making drawing process harder and longer.

4. FILES & POSTING

4.1 After the work is done, you get all the files in high resolution.4.2 I don't send .sai/.psd files of my artworks (not including some adopts).PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED ALL YOUR COMMISSION FILES FROM THE DRIVE I AM SENDING YOU.I delete all files every month for free space.

YOU CAN• Trade/sale of adopt [only with the presence of at least one art, and if sold for an amount not exceeding the actual cost of the character & arts].• Adding, changing adopt information.• Make edits to the design after the purchase.• Change the character (gender, bio, color, etc.).• Change/redraw the Reference sheet.• Return the character to me (but I can’t refund your money).• Add any accessories and clothes to the character.

YOU CAN’T• Create and/or sell duplicates of the adopt.• Claim my art as your own.• Edit my art without my permission.• Sell a character for more than you bought it (arts increase the cost).
